Mon, 09 Jan 2006i'm back in australia at the moment, visiting family and having a bit of a break. i had this fanciful plan that i would spend time away from the computer, but i quickly relented and got into a bit of noodling. the most fijuu-related of these experiments has been replicating the 'mesh-warp' feature, that is the basis of fijuu, into a GLSL shader. in other words, moving the work off of the cpu and into the graphics card. i'm not really sure if it's a good idea yet, but at the moment it's just an interesting hack. here are some screenshots. i have been doing these experiments in ogre, which explains the appearance of the ubiquitious ogre head. pix. posted at: 16:31 | permanent link to this entry ![]() | ||||
